At Facens University Center, we believe in the importance of equal opportunities for all people – regardless of gender, color, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, social origin, physical or mental capacity. One of our most important commitments is respect for human rights and non-discrimination, so we are at the beginning of a process of structuring our policy, establishing goals, and parameters in search of equity.
“Diversity is not aquota to be achieved, but a mindset to be adopted .”
– Kellie McElhaney
The senior leadership of Facens was present at the release session of the film “Medida Provisória” and participated in the debate on Structural Racism promoted by the film team, led by actor Lázaro Ramos.
The Facens University Center believes that inequality agendas should be part of the central strategy of any company that aims for a prosperous future and that leadership has a primary role in familiarizing itself with current issues, expanding horizons and minds to manage the institution in an increasingly sustainable, and fair way.
