Governance enables us to implement policies, actions, and processes that ensure our organization's sustainability and address the needs of present and future generations. Additionally, good governance should involve various stakeholders, including professors, staff, students, and the entire community, focusing on transparency, accountability, and responsibility.
At Centro Universitário Facens, we have a Sustainability Committee composed of representatives from various areas. The committee meets biweekly to plan, implement, and monitor initiatives based on the four pillars of sustainability, ensuring this perspective is integrated across our actions.
