This pillar focuses on the efficient use of resources, establishing governance based on sustainable practices across all organizational areas, and creating job opportunities and local development. Additionally, it must always be linked to the other two sustainability pillars—the social and the environmental—as together they are essential for achieving a more balanced future for the entire population. Centro Universitário Facens is a non-profit association, meaning all profits are reinvested back into the institution, allowing for agile and constant evolution.
