The project was awarded for the second consecutive year at the QS Reimagine Education Awards and in this edition, it secured the event's top prize, the Global Education Awards 2024 and gold in the Sustainability in Education Action category during the awards ceremony in London, UK, on ​​December 10 and 11, 2024.

The award received more than 1.300 project entries from universities in 90 countries across more than 18 categories. It recognizes pioneers in the education sector, fostering a community of innovators committed to redesigning learning and employment opportunities for future generations. The winner category celebrates projects that actively implemented education for sustainability, inspiring tangible change through community partnerships, advocating for rights, and promoting a sustainable future.
