REPORT

of SUSTAINABILITY

At Facens University Center, our greatest mission is to guide our students, faculty, and staff to develop a systemic vision and understand, in a practical way, the importance of sustainability for transforming our present and building our future.

Therefore, we promote education aligned with the social, environmental and economic needs of our society and the planet.

Thus, all of the institution's projects are divided into four pillars: Social, Economic, Environmental, and Education for a Sustainable Future. Each pillar is subdivided into priority themes, which are directly connected to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations (UN) 2030 Agenda.

PILLARS OF SUSTAINABILITY

In September 2015, New York hosted an event that aims to transform the world. In it, the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development was defined, which contains a list of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The goal is to eradicate poverty, protect the planet and ensure peace and prosperity. For this, it is necessary to take bold and transformative measures, which unite companies, governments and society as a whole; all together and committed globally.
